When you submit our contact form, start a chat on this site, or fill out one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, type of business, phone number, and email address, along with the messages you send us. We also collect standard website usage information through cookies and similar technologies, such as the pages you visit and how you arrived at our site.

We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry, discuss our services with you, and follow up about working together. We use website usage data to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising.

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel collects information such as pages visited and actions taken on our site. When you submit our contact form, the Pixel records that a lead was submitted so we can measure which ads work. We do not send your phone number or text messaging consent to Meta. We use first-party and third-party cookies to operate the site and support our advertising measurement as described above. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart and does not receive your name, phone number or email from our forms. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using this site.

We use a small number of trusted services to operate this website: GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) runs our contact form, chat, text messaging and scheduling, GitHub Pages hosts this website, Google Analytics shows us which pages are visited and how visitors found the site, and Meta provides our advertising measurement as described above. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only to reply to your inquiry, qualify your request and schedule appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our messaging provider processes your number only to deliver messages on our behalf.

Some replies to texts and website chat are written by an automated AI assistant so you get an answer quickly. Those conversations are stored in our customer system and reviewed by us. You can ask to talk to a person at any time.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing zane@zanmediagroup.com. We'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we update this policy, we'll post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
