Clients may be given a login to our client dashboard at app.zanmediagroup.com. Keep your login details private and let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account. Use the dashboard only for your own business, and follow applicable laws when you use it to contact customers, including getting consent before sending text messages.
Your use of the dashboard and any services we provide are governed by your separate written agreement with Zan Media Group. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

All content, branding and design on this site belong to Zan Media Group LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
No warranty
This site and the dashboard are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Zan Media Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, that arise from your use of this website or the dashboard.
Our total liability for any claim about this website is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us anything. Liability for services we provide to clients is set by the written agreement for those services.

If you misuse this website or the dashboard, or break these terms or the law while using them, you agree to cover any claims, losses and reasonable costs that result for Zan Media Group LLC. This includes contacting people by text, call or email without the consent the law requires.
Governing law
North Carolina law governs these terms. Any dispute about them will be brought in the state or federal courts that serve New Hanover County, North Carolina.

Changes
